LIFE INSURANCE - Provided at no cost to you

Life Insurance provides additional financial protection for you and your family in the event of your death. We provide 1x basic annual earnings up to $75,000.

LONG-TERM DISABILITY - Provided at no cost to you

The Long-Term Disability program begins when you are disabled for more than 180 days. The benefit is 66.67% of your monthly income up to a maximum of $5,000 monthly.

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY - Provided at no cost to you

The Short-Term Disability program begins when you are disabled for more than 14 days. The benefit is 60% of your weekly income up to a maximum of $1,500 weekly.
